It is in fact a 12 month and it runs extreemly small. My twin girls wear an 18 month and are very normal sized 1 year olds and I am sure that this 12 month outfit would have fit them at 6 months. I finally found a 2T/3T and purchased it as I LOVE the outfit and it is perfect size.
