(More customer reviews)I liked this item very much and used it during the "winter months" in AZ for my 6 month old. It was very convenient to have her wrapped warmly while in her car seat and then be able to simply pick her up indoors. However, for safety reasons while in the car, we took it off in order to properly buckle her into her 5 point harness. If there were arm holes / openings this would have been a 5 star rating.
