The fit runs true to size and I would have given this 5 stars but after the first wash, the red in the bow-tie faded. I purchased another similar romper for my other twin boy and that one held-up great after a few washes... just wish this one had also. Other than that, this romper is again, so soft, very fashionable, and very comfortable to wear for my son.
