Here is my story:
A few weeks ago I ordered from you site - off amazon.
I ordered 12 headbands and 12 flowers.
3 of the flowers came crushed.
I complained once - and I thought nothing was going to come with it -
I came to terms that I wouldnt use those 3 flowers.
At the time when I had emailed I had mentioned -
"By the way - if you do send me new ones -
please send me 1 purple flower 1 brown flower, 1 white flower and 1 black crochet head band"
You guys had sent me everything I had requested!!!!!!!!
Keep me in mind - the headbands all came intact - and you still sent me one - even thought you did not really have to....
I really appreciate your services!
The headbands and flowers look really cute on my daughter!!
