(More customer reviews)I have been buying Gerber onesies for my child since birth. They have always run small for him, and this does too. He is 2 1/2 yrs old and this 3T size fits just right. he will probably outgrow it in the next few months (but that's okay b/c hopefully he'll be potty-trained by then and we will no longer be using onesies). My child has always been 25-50 percentile on his growth chart. Good quality cotton. Comfy. I use it to keep him warm, as an extra layer.
