(More customer reviews)I would not recommend buying anything from American Apparel in the 0-3 month infant size unless you're dealing with a premie or maybe a baby doll. 3-6 months is like most other retailers 0-3 months. That said, this gown is simple and functional, perfect for those parents trying to avoid all the overly decorative character wear.
