It's easy to dress her for bed, is so very soft, and is just 3 snaps between you and middle of the night diaper changes. My husband especially likes the kimono style because you don't have to put it over their head. We rocked the kimono tshirts the hospital gave us for the first entire month, then tried gowns, then footsie PJs. She really isn't at an age where the footies work, and if you are getting up to do anything in the middle of the night - footsies are a pain. The gowns were good when she was tiny, but ride up because she kicks a lot, and the go on over her head. The kimono shirts were good - but too small now and not enough clothing now that we aren't swaddling. So the Kimono body suit is perfect for our needs. It really is cute enough it could be a normal outfit too and the colors are very pretty. We got the blue one even though we have a girl, and then we got the pedal pink color in the jumper/leg style too by the same company. Tagless. Arms seem long so we cuff them once. Fits perfectly otherwise and room to grow. Our daughter is 13 pounds and 24 inches long and 2.5 months old and the 3-6 size works well. Washes great!
