(More customer reviews)My son wore this shirt starting at from about five months through about seven months of age. He is small for his age, so I'd say the shirt generally runs true-to-size. The neck, however, is a bit tight and was tough to get over his head which is not a particularly desirable trait in a child's shirt. The shirt is very soft though and wears well.
