It is made from a soft, light weight cotton and would probably be best suited for warmer months. I purchased the pink color, which has a soft mint green stripe in the pattern which is hard to see in the picture. The blue version has a yellow stripe and is a little bit more fun of the two. I would like it better though if there were more vibrant color options available.
