(More customer reviews)This was probably the best $10 I ever spent on my little man - he looked so stinkin' cute at the wedding we went to. The neck strap has a Velcro closure, and it was a little too big for his 10 month neck, but he'll grow into it. We just used a baby diaper pin to make it the right length. It came right away and in great condition.
