I got the size 12-18 months for my 10 month old who weighs 19.5lbs and wears BIG BULKY cloth diapers and they fit well. They are snug, as PJ's are supposed to be. The length is good for an average 12 month old (arm and leg), the waist is roomy elastic and the head hole is a nice size (not too tight for a large headed baby :)
