Both the apron and hat have room to grow into -- it's easy enough to adjust the apron by tying the neck loop a little smaller, and the chef hat has a Velcro patch on the hat band so you can adjust that easily as well. I admit, I was a little wary of the price in relation to the quality of the product. That feeling vanished as soon as I received the product. My seven-year-old nephew is very happy with this set and so am I! He'll definitely be able to get years of use out of this nice cotton apron and chef hat set. The price can't be beat!
