(More customer reviews)I purchased this hat for my niece for a Christmas present. It was packed in a box that was smaller than the hat so therefore the hat was crushed. The hat was also cheaply made. I returned the hat to Amazon and was refunded my money. I found a better constructed hat at a local western wear store that cost less money than this hat. I have purchased many items from Amazon and this is the first time that I have ever had to return anything.
