Those sleepers run much much smaller than what the sizing info says.
My son is 16 month old now and he usually wears 12-18 month clothing.
I ordered those sleepers in 18 month but they are about the size of 9 - 12 month sleepers of other major brands.
There is no way I could squeeze his feet in those.
The material feels nice and warm for the winter to come.
