(More customer reviews)It is very difficult to find these in 4T - I am so excited to find 4T at a reasonable price on amazon.com. My youngest son has worn these every day since he was about 8 months old. He is almost 3 now and autistic with severe eczema. He suffered from very sensitive skin since about 8 months old and he is very picky about what he wears. For children with eczema/rashes and scratch a lot - these are priceless. My son will keep these on all day long (usually) because they button and stay put. I know that these are supposed to be underwear - but we use them as shirts. My son is definitely much more comfortable in Gerber Onesies. They are the best! I agree that they seem small for the size - but my 3 year old is a big guy (about 37-40 pounds) and is still comfortable in the 4T size.
