(More customer reviews)We love this dress. Our toddler's Christmas pictures were taken in it and it just looked so pretty and delicate. The velvet accents and the decorations are all well done. We're satisfied with the quality - and I can't say that for all dresses I've purchased for her lately.
It does have a tulle underskirt for a nice effect for the skirt, but not too poofy. Our daughter loved spinning around in it.
The matching bloomers are good for an active toddler.
