After trying several outfits on our micro-preemie I've grown to dislike velcro. Unless you get it just right (and sometimes the nurses are pressed for time) they leave little scratches on your little one. I prefer nicely padded buttons. The
Kitty Stripe Side Snap Gown, Available in Preemie (3-6lbs) Size was the best outfit we found.
