(More customer reviews)I'm not impressed, while the hat is soft and durable it needs to be hand washed so that the hat keeps it's shape. The hat got caught up in the regular wash and now the flap covers my daughter eyes...it's never been the same since. I'm really disappointed considering how expensive it was. I also bought the matching scratch mittens which fared much better.
