(More customer reviews)I bought the yellow suit, choosing this one simply because I was so happy to find an infant sun protection swimsuit that didn't just come in pink or blue. But my color choice turned out fine, since this is a generally great product. The long sleeves and legs provide ample sun protection, and the fabric is lightweight, while protective.
After a few weeks I'm very happy with the purchase. The suit is well constructed, the colors are bright and vibrant, and the sizing was as expected. I would recommend going up in size (eg. 6-12 months rather than 3-6 months) if your child is right near the cusp, so that you can get the most use out of this. My 5 month old is a bit too small for the 6-12 month suit I got, but that isn't a problem as the cuffs are easy to roll.
The suit washes well, and goes in the dryer too (I wasn't sure of that at first, but daringly tried it in the dryer and it was fine)-- I have not noticed any shrinkage after multiple washes.
Coolibar is a good brand, and the prices on Amazon are just as good, and in some cases better, than what you'll find on the company's website.
There's a really lovely matching hat if you have the $$$ to spend-- or put it on your registry!
