(More customer reviews)This outfit would be perfect for a newborn under 4 lbs in the NICU. My baby was over 5 and it didn't even come close to fitting him. I washed it so I am unable to return it- the quality was good, but they need to better advertise the size. The velcro all over would help to keep baby's cords all knot free- I wish ths had fit him when he was in the NICU.
