(More customer reviews)I have a few baby soy products. This romper is my favorite. I'd give it 5 stars if it functioned better. As it is, I give 2 stars for durability, function and customer service. The cloth doesn't wear very well - pills (slightly), even tho I have washed gentle & cold. Most problematic is that the snaps are too far apart, leaving big gaps, and sometimes popping open when baby sits down. A cute romper isn't cute anymore if the diaper is busting out all the time! I had to take it to a tailor to add more snaps. And customer service never responded to my inquires about these things.
To sum up: this is one of my favorite baby items, and I'm glad I have it, but do wish it was designed better.
