With my boy being 2yo, I notice that the shoulder straps would fall either from one shoulder or the other... so I improvised! Went to WallyWorld, got a strap with buckle replacement, trimmed the strap and placed it on the shoulder straps of the bag... now, when he puts this on, there is now a chest buckle, no more loose shoulder straps and mom is content.
