We think using onesies are a pain and from two months on have put our little boy in shirts and pants. These shirts are true to color and a fit just like the baby in the picture. Our son has always been a little large for his age and started wearing the 6-12 month size around 4 months. He's nine months and still fits these shirts. They are great for layering over a onesie or tee shirt and under a sweat shirt.
