(More customer reviews)While the product itself was awesome - high quality & official MLB brand, the item was lost in action for over a month (this was a baby shower gift) & when I contacted customer service (not at amazon, at the seller), I was blown off & told sorry, out of their hands. At this time however, I'd already attemtped to track the item w/ the USPS & UPS to no avail. This is overall unfortunate as I would have definately ordered more products here...
