(More customer reviews)I ordered the preemie size (up to 5 pounds) for my 6-week old preemie (who now weighs slightly less than 5 pounds) and I'm glad I did -- the product is very large for a preemie so the newborn size (6 to 10 pounds) would have been huge! I think the product works pretty well -- it makes swaddling a breeze and it eliminated my concerns about the swaddling blanket covering his face. I only gave it 4 stars because he was able to work his arms free from the swaddle several times throughout the night.
