(More customer reviews)I ordered these onesies for my 4lb baby and after the initial wash, they fit very well. They're a little long, but they are more narrow than preemie onesies from Wal-Mart. They make the baby look a little more normal and not like a preemie. Would recommend for a preemie at least 3lbs and 12-14ozs.
